This policy explains how the YoukieVerse website handles information. The short version: this landing page is built to collect as little personal information as possible.

We do not run account creation, checkout, or newsletter forms on this site. If you use the optional wallet button, your wallet extension shares the selected public address with the page so wallet-owned Youkies can be displayed. The site never requests a seed phrase and the current off-chain tools do not request a signature.
2. OpenSea Stats
The navbar may request collection stats through a cached Netlify function. That request is used to show public collection information such as floor price, active listed items, and owners. It does not require you to connect a wallet.
3. Cookies and Wallet State
This site does not intentionally set marketing cookies or run behavioral ad tracking. The navbar asks your wallet extension whether this site is still authorized so the selected account can remain connected between pages; the site does not store the address as an account credential. Third-party sites you open from our links, including OpenSea, Discord, and X, may use their own cookies and analytics.
4. Third-Party Services
If you click official links, you leave this site and interact with third-party platforms. Their privacy practices are controlled by them, not YoukieVerse. Review their policies before connecting wallets, joining servers, or sharing personal information.
5. Discord and Community Activity
Community participation may involve Discord usernames, messages, roles, wallet verification, event entries, bot interactions, or other activity visible to moderators or community tools. Treat public channels as public spaces.
6. Security
We use HTTPS and standard hosting protections where available. No website can guarantee perfect security. Be careful with wallet signatures, seed phrases, links, downloads, impersonators, and direct messages.
7. Data Retention
Basic server logs and function logs may be retained by hosting providers for operational, debugging, analytics, abuse-prevention, or security purposes according to their systems and policies.
8. Children
This site and linked NFT/community experiences are not intended for children. Do not use the site or linked services if you are not old enough to use the relevant platforms in your jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the website, community tools, or hosting setup changes. Updates will be reflected on this page.
